Becky John is founder and MD of Who Made Your Pants? a business with a social mission: to empower marginalised women through work. A life long sales person, she’s having the time of her life combining her twin passions, fantastic pants and human rights activism. A Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts and listed in the Independent on Sunday 2012 Happy List, Becky is also a Director of Winchester Science Festival, a keen cyclist and gin fan, and is pursuing her aim of learning the word for glitter in as many languages as possible.

Hers is a story of power, passion and purpose. Becky will share with us her personal story of becoming empowered through crisis and counselling and the intoxicating feeling it gave her. Inspired by her own experience to help others she has built a business with a social mission and created space for other women to find their own power.
